Melanie has a triple degree in Beauty Therapy, Remedial Massage and Aromatherapy. She has been passionate about her work since the beginning of her study in 2005. She is CIDESCO trained in Beauty Therapy.

She has worked and managed other spas before opening her own business, The Treatment Room in 2012.

Melanie maintains a thorough attention to detail and holds a great passion for her work. She takes great pride in tailoring every treatment to make each unique client feel especially pampered.
